3. A flight manual specified in the preceding paragraph shall include description of the following matters (excluding the matters which the Minister of Transport deems unnecessary, considering the kind, class, type and use of aircraft).
(1)Outline of aircraft
a)Nationality and registration identification of aircraft;
b)Name and address of aircraft manufacturer (in case of juridical person, name and location of head office; hereinafter the same shall apply);
c)Manufacturer's serial number and date of manufacture of aircraft;
d)Kind, class and type of aircraft;
e)Airworthiness category as specified under the provisions of Annex;
f)Type and number of engines and propellers;
g)Basic dimensions and three-dimensional drawing of aircraft;
h)Empty weight and centre of gravity of aircraft;
i)Nomenclature, weight and centre of gravity of components;
j)Usable capacity and centre of gravity of fuel, oil and de-icing fluid tanks;
